Introduction

Cerasolzer (Cerasolzer Eco) is the world's first product enabling soldering to glass.
It enables bonding to low-solderability materials, such as glass, ceramic substrates,
aluminum, tungsten, molybdenum and titanium.

We provide both Cerasolzer Eco (Pb-free) and a Cerasolzer (Pb-based).

Characteristics

  • No need for any pre-treatment to the substrate surface.
  • Ultrasonic soldering uses cavitation phenomenom instead of chemical agent (flux).
  • Suitable for bonding almost all "low-solderability" materials.
  • Preventing voids.

Sunbonder developed to correspond with Cerasolzer and ultrasonic soldering technology
1970s Optical fiber connectors
1980s Bonding of CRT filter earthing
1990s Wiring of thin film amorphous silicon solar cell electrodes
2000s External Electrode Fluorescent Lamps (EEFL)

Materials used with positive results: typical metal substrates, glass, ceramics, aluminum, transparent electrode membrane (ITO, ZnO), etc.
Almost all non-organic materials present good results when soldered with this technology.
